Open to students from grade 3 up through age 25 (including recent college graduates), U.S. and international, who submit a short environmental-themed film (live action 3-8 minutes, or animation/stop-motion 45 seconds or longer) individually or as part of a group (friends, after-school programs, or entire classes). No school enrollment, membership, or nomination is required -- students submit directly via Film Freeway.
