Conditions worth reading twice

Must be Idaho resident who graduated or will graduate from Idaho high school, Idaho home school, or equivalent (GED/HSE from Idaho). Must complete FAFSA by March 1. Must maintain satisfactory academic progress and complete 30 credits per year (for students without prior college credits). Scholarship is 'last dollars' award—reduced if other aid exceeds cost of attendance.
