Any student currently enrolled in a U.S. secondary (high) school, a post-secondary college/university, or a trade/apprenticeship program may enter any of the four design categories (Poster, T-Shirt, Sticker, Box) by submitting an original design PDF built around that category's published theme. No field-of-study restriction gates entry to the design contest itself — the 'must be enrolled in a graphic communications program... GPA 3.0+' language that appears on the Poster contest page is text the STUDENT'S POSTER DESIGN must print (because the poster's purpose is to advertise FGCE's separate, major-restricted scholarship program to other students); it is not a requirement to enter this design contest. No teacher/school nomination is required to submit (educators may optionally use it as a class assignment). No membership, chapter, or organizational affiliation is required. Multiple entries per student are allowed if submitted separately.
