Open to any student currently enrolled in grades 6-12 (middle school 6-8 or high school 9-12) in any U.S. state, DC, or U.S. territory -- public, private, or home-schooled. International students in the grade 6-12 equivalent, aged 18 or younger, may also enter. Students may enter individually or as a team of up to 3; each student may submit only one entry per year. Employees/officers of the sponsor and C-SPAN Education Foundation trustees (and their immediate families) are ineligible.
