Conditions worth reading twice
Open to high school seniors and to all students attending a post-secondary educational facility. Engineering coursework is expressly NOT required ('You are not required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible'). Selection is on the basis of character as judged from the submitted essay, explicitly not on GPA alone; no minimum GPA and no test scores are required or requested. No residency, citizenship, demographic, need-based, affiliation, membership, nomination, or prior-activity condition is stated. No resume and no application packet are accepted. One procedural condition: 'AI generated applications will not be accepted.' Applicants must include full name, the name of the school attended this year, and plans for next year, and email the 500-1000 word essay to [email protected]. No fee.
